This project spans a 62-hectare site intended for subdivision, with two masterplan options. One proposal includes 710 lots along with 7 hectares allocated for a school, while the other features 851 lots without school land.

Both plans were carefully crafted to optimize the use of the site while balancing residential needs with community infrastructure.
