This project encompasses an 88.7-hectare site intended for subdivision, where Linscape Studio contributed to the masterplan. The site was thoughtfully developed and ultimately divided into 802 lots.
The design balances residential needs with sustainability, promoting accessibility and seamless integration with the surrounding environment. The result is a carefully planned community that enhances both livability and long-term value.
